Would you want to share your articles with our subscribers and site visitors? Can you research and then write it out to inform, educate, guide, or inspire them? If so, submit your article for publication.

You can engage our audience by submitting an opinion on any topic related to health care. Feel free to use your own unique style of writing, as long as you communicate clearly and without ambiguities. But before submitting your article, please familiarize yourself with our audience and editorial approach by reviewing previously published articles and comments.

Patients, medical students, residents, nurses, doctors and several other members of the medical and health communities all read Medical Notes, so this is an opportunity to get noticed by this audience.

Articles of about 500 to 1,000 jargon-free words in length and free of grammatical and spelling errors are preferred. Accepted pieces will be published on Medical Notes and syndicated on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and an e-newsletter.

Submissions from commercial entities should be either preferably physician-authored, or at the very least written by a healthcare practitioner properly qualified in their field, and contain zero mention of your business. Accepted pieces will include a nofollow link in the attribution.

Authors retain rights to their pieces, which may be published elsewhere.

While we appreciate contributions from external writers, we do NOT have the funds to pay any writer in monetary value. Instead we allow contributors to add an author’s biograph and include a maximum of one link back to their website or blog, and a total of two links only to their Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Google+ profile.
